Official and Exclusive Technical Support for Burke&Burke Products
Our company has always provided certified technical assistance, exclusively for the Italian territory. At Burke&Burke, post-sales service is of fundamental importance.
The safety of healthcare professionals and patients, as well as the guarantee of the clinical performance for which our devices are selected by leading care centers across the country, represent the objectives to which we dedicate a specifically structured organization.
The implementation of the MDR regulation has introduced clear responsibilities and obligations for all stakeholders in the supply chain, particularly regarding technical support and post-market surveillance. Our company, as our clients well know, operates with a certified technical team authorized by the manufacturers, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance in compliance with their instructions and using exclusively original spare parts.
Burke&Burke C.A.T.A. specialists (Authorized Technical Assistance Center), alongside our internal technicians, work in close collaboration with our organization, following the same operational protocols and regularly attending training courses provided by the manufacturers we represent.
Proper preventive maintenance, performed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines by qualified and authorized personnel, and using exclusively original spare parts, ensures the highest level of operational and clinical safety. It also helps extend the service life of the equipment, reducing repair costs and minimizing waste of consumables.
All devices serviced by our team clearly display the Safe & Care program logo, along with the year in which the intervention was carried out.

Feedback
We thank you in advance for sharing your feedback regarding our products and technical support services. Your suggestions help us maintain a direct connection with you, so we can respond ever more effectively to your needs.
Important:
The safety of the clinical and electrical performance of electromechanical medical devices is guaranteed by the manufacturer and the supplier only if maintenance (preventive and corrective) is carried out by qualified and authorized technical personnel.
If such interventions are performed by unauthorized personnel, this may be considered “tampering.” In such cases, the end customer assumes full legal responsibility for the safety of users. The manufacturer and the supplier therefore cannot be held liable in any way.
